An aspiring stand-up comedian at the time, I was hired by Arnold Worldwide to be the voice of Flo, as Progressive Insurance's Community Manager. Together with our Social Media Strategist and creative team, we developed several iconic ad campaigns that integrated social content into broadcast, radio, print and OOH.

Flo's Facebook page saw explosive growth due to calculated media targeting and highly-optimized (super cheesy) content. In many instances, we had to be scrappy, grabbing seconds during broadcast shoots to capture video and still assets. In others, we carefully organized major media buys including Facebook's first auto-play videos and the highly successful "Dress Like Flo" campaign.

In addition to Flo, I helped lead the re-launch of Progressive's official brand pages with a new branded content hub and key YouTube influencer partnerships. During my time at Arnold, the Progressive social team grew from 2 to 8 as we pitched new business and expanded Progressive's social media presence.
