A newly acquired client for Digitas, CVS brought me on as Social Media Manager to craft a social-first campaign around their launch of digital receipts. By tapping into the internet meme it became, we were able to spread massive awareness to their audience and even get the story picked up on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Outside the digital receipts campaign, I worked with our Social Strategy Dept leadership to develop a comprehensive playbook for all social content, tone of voice, look and feel, as well as current and prospective channels.

Following the approval of our Playbook, we lead the relaunch of their Instagram channel which had previously contained only ad content, and launched a newly-created Pinterest page through an influencer campaign.
